3.1 Cancellations

• Service cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of project initiation.
  
  
• Once work has started, cancellations may be subject to deductions based on progress.
  
  

3.2 Refunds

• Refunds are provided only if the Company fails to deliver services as outlined in the agreement.
  
  
• Partial refunds may be offered for incomplete projects where upfront payments were made.
  
  
• Digital marketing, SEO, and design services already delivered are non-refundable.
  
  

3.3 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
